A lecture given by some of the fourth stage of the Faculty of Nursing for students: intermediate martyr Abu al-Maali for boys

 Some of the students of the fourth stage gave a lecture to students of the intermediate school of Abu al-Maali for boys entitled “Anxiety and anxiety management”. They are: Mohammad Qasim, Sara Ibrahim, Zahra Ismail and Khadija Mahfouz.
 The lecture aimed at defining anxiety, its causes, its main symptoms, types of risk, complications and prevention.
 The lecture shows that those who suffer from extreme anxiety and fear for continuous periods in daily life, often suffers from disorders. Anxiety disorders include recurrent episodes of sudden feelings of extreme anxiety, fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes, (Panic attacks).
 The students noted that the anxiety of the exam is normal, nothing new, and no fear of it, except when it goes beyond the natural limits of it, can not get rid of the phenomenon of anxiety among students, even for those who excel in the study of them, and the lack of concern, This is evidence of an unhealthy disorder in the student or human in general. Anxiety when within normal limits is a natural condition and does not pose a danger to the student.
 The lecture received great interaction from the students and the administration of the school expressed its thanks to this beautiful attention from the Faculty of Nursing to create this communication between them and all institutions and thus achieve the goal of the college is the service of the community.
