Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Khudair al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala, supervised the installation of identification boards for sections, branches and scientific laboratories of the college, with follow-up by the Diwan Affairs Division in the College of Nursing. It is mentioned that the college had previously formed a special committee composed of the teacher, Dr. Haqi Ismail Mansour and the senior engineer Bilal Saad Jalil and the senior programmer, Hussein Ali Mahdi, to design the identification panels of the college’s significance from inside and outside the college, coinciding with the start of the new academic year.
