Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Basem Khalil Al-Saidi, President of the University of Kerbala, and under the supervision and presentation of Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Al-Juboori, Dean of the College of Nursing / University of Kerbala, Head of the Mental and Mental Health Nursing department , and Assistant Professor Safi Dakhil Al-Ziyadi, Head of the Fundamentals of Nursing department , a workshop was held on “The difference between qualitative and quantitative research” The workshop targeted the heads of scientific developments and postgraduate students, and its aim was to benefit from knowledge of the basics of scientific research and its elements, the difference between qualitative and quantitative research, the pros and cons of each, and the possibility of their application in nursing research. At the end of the workshop, participation certificates from Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Al-Juboori and Assistant Prof. Dr. Salman Hussein Faris, the scientific assistant, were distributed to the participants.
