The Department of Media and Public Relations at the University of Kerbala concluded its three-day training course on news writing, photography and electronic publishing, with the participation of members of the media division in the university’s colleges . The course aimed to develop the skills of media workers in writing press news according to the news templates approved by the Ministry.
