Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudair Al-Juboori, Dean of the College of Nursing, participated in the awareness campaign held by the College of Pharmacy / University of Kerbala under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazali, Dean of the College of Pharmacy. The campaign came on the occasion of the World Antibiotic Awareness Week for a period of 18-24 November, where the Pharmaceutical Chemistry department holds an awareness campaign aimed at raising awareness of antibiotic resistance and encouraging best practices among the general public to avoid the further emergence and spread of drug-resistant infections. A scientific lecture was held at Ibn Hayyan Hall at the College of Pharmacy, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Najm Abdul-Hussein, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs , Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudair Al-Juboori, Dean of the College of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Al-Jashamy, Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazali, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and a number of specialized professors who provided valuable research in order to raise awareness in the field of pharmacology and antibiotics.
