Under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudhair, Dean of the College of Nursing, and in cooperation with the Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance Unit, the college organized an in- presence scientific symposium for its students on the phenomenon of drug abuse and psychotropic Where the symposium dealt with several axes through which it was shown the dangers of drug abuse and its harmful effects on the individual, the family and society in general, and how to avoid them to create a conscious society and in the right ways, and research on the causes that lead to drug abuse and the need to address this dangerous phenomenon from all, including security and religious institutions and study centers.
