Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, President of the University of Kerbala, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudhair Al-Juboori, Dean of the College , the College of Nursing at the University of Kerbala held an in-person training course for three days, starting from Tuesday, 3/8/2022, entitled “Professional Safety and Health in Laboratories” and included a curriculum The course for the first day includes the occupational health and safety management system in educational laboratories. The course curriculum for the second day also included risk management in educational laboratories and methods of prevention. The third day curriculum includes fires and methods of extinguishing and preventing, It is worth mentioning that the course targets the category of laboratory workers and gives them experience in occupational safety and health in multidisciplinary fields and how to deal with conditions and factors that affect or can affect the health and safety of laboratory workers and people inside the laboratories.
