embassy or cultural attaché in the student’s country for a Master’s degree.

3. Participation and passing certificates of courses related to Arabic and English language
proficiency and computer competence.
4. A valid passport for not less than two years from an admission letter date.
5. Recommendation letter from two professors in the field of study course.
6. Personal identification documents.
7. International certificate illustrates there no conviction/felony or an act involving moral
turpitude.
