The College of Nursing discusses a master’s thesis on the impact of perceived leadership styles on burnout and job satisfaction among nurses

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Faris Al-Ghariti, the public discussion of the master’s student (Israa Ne’ma Hashim Masoud) on her thesis entitled “The impact of perceived leadership styles on burnout and job satisfaction among nurses” took place in the graduate studies hall at the College of Nursing today, Sunday, August 11, 2024.

The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Ali Karim Khader Al-Jubouri, Head of the Department of Mental and Psychological Health Nursing at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Qahtan Qasim Muhammad, a lecturer at the College of Nursing, University of Baghdad, Lecturer Dr. Haqi Ismail Mansour, one of the lecturers at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safi Dakhil Nawam, Head of the Department of Nursing Fundamentals at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala.
