Assistant Prof. Dr. Safi Dakhil Al-Ziyadi, Head of the Fundamentals of Nursing department at the College of Nursing / University of Kerbala, participated in the dialogue symposium held by Al-Tuff College University under the auspices of the al-Abbas’s Holy Shrine (the role offered telecommunications and mobile phone companies in advancing the reality of e-learning in Iraq). The workshop opened by reading a verse from the wise Qur’an and words by both the representative of the al-Abbas’s Holy Shrine and the representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The first session included the great digital achievement in a time of challenges and complexities in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the efforts of educational television with reliance on distance education as well as the role of the Higher Institute of Communications In overcoming obstacles and overcoming obstacles to e-learning, the second session also included the development of the infrastructure system for the Ministry of Communications and its role in providing good and stable services for teachers and students, as well as the role of the Media and Communications Commission in supporting e-learning in Iraq, as well as talking about electronic systems designed by Iraqi hands at Al-Kafeel University.
