Under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudair Al-Juboori, Dean of the College of Nursing, and within the scientific activities in the college and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Abdullah Athbi, Head of the Adult Nursing Department , a scientific visit was carried out to the Warith International Foundation for Oncology of the Holy Shrine of Hussainiya for second-year students and under the supervision of each of the teacher Ali Jabbar Abdul-Hussain, a teaching assistant in the adult nursing department , and an assistant teacher, Qassem Kazem Ashour, a teaching assistant in the pediatric nursing department . The purpose of the visit was to introduce students to the regulations in force within the institution and to see the latest developments in oncology and the role of advanced nursing in the care of patients with various tumors. It is worth noting that the Warth International Foundation for Oncology is the largest hospital in Iraq for the treatment of cancerous diseases, and it is equipped with the latest medical equipment from solid international origins for medical diagnosis and treatment, as well as the presence of a specialized nursing team in the field of oncology.
