Under the direct guidance of the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudhair, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Faris and Assistant Professor Dr. Fatima Makki Mahmoud, the Associates Dean of Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the College of Nursing held a five-day course entitled “Using the La Maz method in labor.” At the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, a master’s student, University nurse Sherine Owais Hassan, was the lecture. The course touched on several axes, including the importance of the La Maz method in childbirth and the positive benefits for the fetus and mother.
