Student Zain al-Abidin Abu Dharabd Khalifa, one of the students of the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala, participated in a scientific workshop as a “trainer” for students of the medical group (general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy) and other medical specialties. The first day of the course included first aid and emergency, where the theoretical aspect included identifying First aid and the need to be learned by everyone and how to deal with emergency injuries such as bleeding, fractures, burns, shocks, poisoning and other emergency injuries, in addition to CPR and pressure measurement using a mercury manometer, natural ratios, high and low, harmful, measuring sugar and its types, natural ratios, high and low, harmful and side witness Practical training in CPR technique, blood pressure measurement and glucose measurement, this was stated by the teacher Ali Jabbar Abdel Hussein, one of the teachers of our college. He added that in this workshop, the clinical training received by the students in the College of Nursing was transferred from the college professors in the practical and theoretical aspect to other colleges of the medical group For his part, Prof. Dr. Ali Kareem Khudhair, Dean of the College of Nursing, praised the great and fruitful efforts of the student Zine El Abidine And to the faculty members and the sciences and knowledge they provide that serve our dear students and raise their scientific level.
