The Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies at the College of Nursing is a member and supervisor of the Master’s Student Discussion Committee.

Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Faris, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies at the College of Nursing participated in a committee to discuss the master’s student Adel Muhammad Jiyad. Under the title “The effect of an educational program on the knowledge of the nursing staff and their attitude towards the prevention of hepatitis B infection in the Karbala Center for Cardiac Diseases and Surgery.” The thesis aims to prepare educational programs to improve the nursing staff’s knowledge and attitude about preventing the hepatitis B virus, which will contribute to reducing the risk of infection. For the control group, the study recommends making more efforts to prepare appropriate educational programs to improve and update knowledge. The student obtained an honorary degree, and the committee praised the outstanding efforts of the researcher and the defense of his thesis.
