Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Khudair al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing at Karbala University, the Diwan Division of the College of Nursing began installing identification panels for the college buildings. Identification boards were installed for the deanship of the college, with the identification boards of the college buildings replaced with new ones of high quality and accuracy, with indication boards installed inside the college buildings for the people, branches, and scientific laboratories. It is worth noting that a committee was formed to prepare the designs for the boards. The committee consisted of the teacher, Dr. Hakki Ismail Mansour, the senior programmer, Hussein Ali Mahdi, and the senior engineer, Bilal Saad Jalil.
