The College of Nursing holds a scientific course on agricultural media and methods of preparing them in the laboratory. Under the auspices and supervision of Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Khudair, Dean of the College of Nursing at Karbala University, and in cooperation with the Division of Continuing Education in the College of Nursing. The Basic Sciences Branch in the College of Nursing held a three-day scientific course entitled “Agricultural Media and Methods of Preparing them in the Laboratory,” in which Assistant Lecturer Zahraa Majed Hameed, Assistant Lecturer Zainab Abdel-Wahhab and Assistant Lecturer Zainab Mahdi Kazem lectured. On its first day, Sunday, 15/1/2023, the course dealt with several topics, including introducing agricultural media, their types, practical media preparation methods, and how to grow bacteria on the media. Several employees, students, and graduates of the college participated in the course, which was held in attendance at the College of Nursing.
