The Basic Sciences Branch organizes a scientific symposium on the importance of medical miRNA in diagnosing and treating diseases Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Khudair Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala and the supervision of Assistant Prof. Dr. Salman Hussein Faris Al-Kariti, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies in the College of Nursing, and the follow-up of Dr. Zaki Sabah Musaihib, Head of the Basic Sciences Branch, and in cooperation with the Scientific Division of the College of Nursing. Today, Wednesday, May 26, 2023, the Basic Sciences Branch at the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala organized a scientific symposium on the importance of medical miRNA in diagnosing and treating diseases. The aim of the symposium was to identify some of the new molecular techniques in diagnosing and treating diseases. It also included shedding light on the miRNA molecule, the method of extracting and cloning it from cell DNA, and its functional and medical importance in diagnosing and treating diseases. A number of faculty, staff and students participated in the symposium, which was held in the presence of the Martyr Abu Mahdi Al-Mohandes Hall in the College of Nursing.
