The Registration and Student Affairs Division of the College of Nursing has started to verify the issuance of graduates’ documents electronically. This is within the government’s plan to adopt e-governance, knowing that this procedure shortens a lot of time for graduates and facilitates the process of electronically answering the validity of the issuances requested by many government institutions upon appointment.
It is noteworthy that the Registration and Student Affairs Department had earlier prepared a workshop for the purpose of training the directors of the registration divisions in colleges on this new system, and its use was launched from 1/8/2022.
We also call on all governmental and private state institutions to adopt this system and ask the graduate to bring an electronic chest health paper that contains a QR for each endorsement in order to facilitate the work of the graduate and the concerned institution on the one hand, and in order to keep pace with the tremendous electronic development and benefit from all aspects of the Internet.
