On International Women’s Day, Karbala University honors an affiliate of the Faculty of Nursing. The University of Karbala honored one of the employees of the Faculty of Nursing as an exemplary employee and obtained a certificate of appreciation. Mrs. Sahar Talib Zankaah got the highest points in the annual evaluation for the last three years and was chosen by the university among the distinguished employees. It is noteworthy that the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the University of Karbala organized a celebration of International Women’s Day in the presence of the university’s assistants for administrative and scientific affairs, deans and professors of the university, and the participation of the female teaching and career staff at the university. The celebration ended with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to distinguished female researchers from the faculties and departments of the university. For her part, Mrs. Sahar Talib Zinkah expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to the Deanship of the College of Nursing, all those in charge of organizing the celebration, and the officials of the women’s empowerment divisions and units at the University of Karbala.
