The University of Karbala organizes a training course on the effect of lead on hormones

 Under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala and the follow-up of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies at the College of Nursing in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division. The Basic Sciences Branch at the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the effect of lead on hormones with the participation of a group of researchers and specialists, in the presence of a number of teachers and employees. The course lasted for three days, in which the assistant teacher, Mustafa Karim, the assistant teacher, Sarah Ali Hamza, and the assistant teacher, Zahraa Jaber, lectured with the aim of introducing the participants to the main information about hormones and their role in maintaining body stability. The participants discussed the factors affecting the hormone, including toxins and physical factors such as lead and its effect on the kidneys and nervous systems in both children and adults.
