The College of Nursing at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop on drugs, their negative effects, and ways to prevent them, with the participation of primary school students. The workshop, in which Assistant Professor Dr. Safi lectured, aimed to introduce the drug phenomenon, its causes and negative effects on the individual and society. The workshop addressed the causes of drug abuse and ways to combat it, while the workshop attendees stressed the need to activate strict laws against those who promote this dangerous scourge.
