A volunteer team from the College of Nursing organizes an inspection visit to the Thalassemia Center A volunteer team from the Adult Nursing Branch at the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala organized an inspection visit to the Thalassemia Center affiliated with the Holy Karbala Health Department, headed by Professor Dr. Fatima Makki Mahmoud, Head of the Adult Nursing Branch, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Abdullah Al-Maliki, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies in The College of Nursing, university nurse Taher Mohsen, and a number of branch students, were received by Mr. Atheer Al-Jubouri, the center’s administrative assistant. The visit included reviewing the health status of the inpatients and patients and distributing souvenirs among them. For its part, the volunteer team expressed its thanks and gratitude to the center’s management and employees for their distinguished efforts in serving patients.
