The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Nursing organizes an awareness campaign about the harms of drugs

 Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Fares Al-Guraiti, the Women’s Affairs Unit in the College of Nursing organized an awareness campaign about the harms of drugs with the aim of increasing community awareness about the harms of drugs and their negative impact on individuals and society within the framework of the government’s ongoing efforts to combat drugs and raise awareness of their dangers. The campaign included printing and disseminating awareness posters in the college’s corridors with purposeful content that includes important information about the most common types of drugs and their health and psychological impact on individuals, in addition to advice and instructions on how to prevent them and take the correct measures in the event of facing a case of abuse. Assistant lecturer Fatima Ali Karim, head of the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Nursing, explained, “We hope that these efforts will contribute to reducing the rates of abuse and addiction among young people and creating a conscious and aware society.” Media of the College of Nursing
