The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Nursing organizes a workshop on reducing the harms of domestic violence Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Faris Al-Guraiti, and the follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Abdullah Athbi, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies at the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala. The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala organized a workshop entitled (Reducing the harms of domestic violence, explaining its negative effects, and protecting the family and childhood). The workshop, which was held in person at the College of Nursing, aims to introduce community awareness and promote a culture that rejects violence, the role of law and legislation in combating violence, and the importance of psychological and therapeutic support. This is a shared solidarity responsibility between family members on the one hand and society as a whole on the other hand. The workshop, which was lectured by the assistant teacher, Ali Falah Hakim, the assistant teacher, Fatima Ali Karim, and the assistant teacher, Tafat Hassan Abd, included lectures.
