The College of Nursing discusses a master’s thesis entitled “Maternal Complications and Associated Factors among Mothers Related to the Type of Cesarean Section”

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Faris Al-Ghariti, the public discussion of the master’s student from the Syrian Arab Republic (Walaa Yassin Deeb Ahmed) on her thesis entitled “Maternal Complications and Associated Factors among Mothers Related to the Type of Cesarean Section” took place in the Graduate Studies Hall of the College of Nursing today, Tuesday, July 30, 2024. The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Fatima Makki Mahmoud, Head of the Adult Nursing Department at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Hamida Hadi Abdul Wahid, College of Medicine, University of Warith Al-Anbiya, peace be upon them, Lecturer Dr. Haqi Ismail Mansour, one of the lecturers of the College of Nursing, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sajida Saadoun Aliwi, Head of the Maternal and Neonatal Nursing Department at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala. It is worth noting that the student (Walaa Yassin) is the first Arab student to obtain a Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences from the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, within the Study in Iraq program launched by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
