Professor Dr. Ali Karim Khader Al-Jubouri, Head of the Department of Mental and Psychiatric Nursing at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, was selected as a member of a ministerial committee to establish a number of scientific departments in private universities for the academic year 2024-2025. The ministerial committee conducted inspection tours of a number of universities to reveal the availability of the necessary human and material capabilities to establish the departments required to be established in order to ensure the solidity of the educational and academic process in Iraqi universities.
