The College of Nursing at the University of Karbala hosted today, Sunday, January 12, 2025, the second preparatory meeting for holding an international scientific conference to be held at the College of Nursing, University of Karbala, in cooperation with the University of Baghdad, Al-Ameed University, and Al-Safwa University College, with the participation of a number of Iraqi, Arab and Islamic universities, and is scheduled to be held in April 2025.
It is worth noting that the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala had previously signed a twinning and joint cooperation agreement with the College of Nursing at Al-Ameed University, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, with the aim of enhancing scientific and technical cooperation, exchanging experiences and benefiting from the experiences of the two colleges in all their scientific and educational programs to achieve the common scientific goals of raising the scientific level and increasing scientific solidity by investing in the joint human, material and scientific capabilities and potentials and holding training workshops to develop the skills of instructors and technicians. For his part, the Dean of the College of Nursing, Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Faris Al-Ghariti, renewed his welcome to the honorable guests, wishing them All the best and success for this conference.
