Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Selman Hussain Faris, Dean of the College of Nursing at Kerbala University, a training course titled “Incorrect Practices and Beliefs in First Aid” was organized to raise health awareness and correct misconceptions in first aid.
The workshop, presented by Professor Dr. Fatima Maki and Assistant Lecturers Shahd Sabah and Aqila Mohammed Hashim, focused on common first aid mistakes and their negative effects. The participants appreciated the session and emphasized the importance of applying correct first aid practices.
This course is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance health awareness and ensure proper emergency care practices.
