Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, President of the University of Kerbala, joined the central ceremony organized by the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine with the participation of students from 64 universities. He praised the shrine’s support for academic events and stressed the role of universities in societal development. The event also honored distinguished institutions, including the University of Kerbala.
