Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Selman Hussain Faris Al-Kuraity, Dean of the College, the College of Nursing organized a training course on pediatric fluid administration and dosage calculation at Karbala Teaching Hospital.
The course included theoretical and practical sessions on the principles of fluid administration, calculating daily fluid requirements based on age, weight, and health condition, and preventing complications from incorrect dosage. Practical hospital-based training allowed students to apply the concepts, with active participation through discussions and scientific questions, enhancing their practical skills in pediatric care.
