The Community Health Branch organizes a workshop on how to deal with stress and tension during study and exams Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing, and the follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Ghazwan Abdel-Hussein Abdel-Wahed, Head of the Community Health Nursing Branch. The Community Health Branch organized a workshop today, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, entitled “How to deal with stress and tension during study and exams” in which the teacher, Dr. Haqi Ismail Mansour and the assistant teacher Shorouq Haider Diab. The workshop aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge about the causes of stress and tension and its effects, in addition to providing the necessary advice and guidance to overcome this problem. The workshop included the importance of properly dealing with stress and its importance in improving students’ performance and achieving their academic goals and the causes of stress and tension, including psychological, physical, environmental and social stress.
