The College of Nursing organizes a free medical campaign for early detection of congenital heart defects in children Under the sponsorship and participation of Professor Dr. Ali Karim Khudair Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala, the college organized today, Thursday, 9/21/2023, a free medical campaign for early detection of congenital heart defects for children under the age of 18 years, in cooperation with the Al-Rahma Organization for Child Health, with the participation of Al-Hindiya General Hospital, under the slogan ( We work together for childhood health. During which free treatment was provided to them in coordination with cardiac centers in Iraq and the medical evacuation department in the Ministry of Health, a scientific awareness symposium was held on congenital heart defects in which Assistant Professor Dr. Zaki Sabah Musaib, Head of the Basic Sciences Branch at the College of Nursing, and Dr. Iman Al-Obaidi, President of the Mercy Organization for Child Health, participated. Dr. Hussein Mahbas, Scientific Assistant at Al-Hindiya General Hospital, and a number of specialists, with the participation and presence of a number of heads of scientific branches in the college and a number of professors, employees, and students of the college.
