Coinciding with Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day, the College of Nursing honors distinguished female employees Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Khudair al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala, and in the presence of Assistant Prof. Dr. Salman Hussein Faris al-Ghariti, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies in the College of Nursing, and Assistant Professor Dr. Fatima Makki Mahmoud, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the College of Nursing, and a number of branch heads, faculty and staff, The Deanship of the College of Nursing honored a number of distinguished female employees with a letter of thanks and appreciation and a symbolic gift in gratitude for their efforts and outstanding performance and their obtaining the highest points during the last three years in the annual evaluation of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division. It is noteworthy that the initiative coincided with Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day. The female staff appreciated the kind initiative presented by the Deanship of the College of Nursing, represented by the Dean of the College and his assistants, and Dr. Sajida Saadoun Aliwi, Head of the Maternal and Newborn Nursing Branch in the College of Nursing, Coordinator of the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the college.
