The Community Health Nursing Branch organizes a community scientific activity in the Al-Hussainiya district. Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Karim Khudair Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Nursing at Karbala University, the Community Health Nursing Branch organized a community scientific activity in Al-Husayniyyah district of the Holy Karbala Governorate. The supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Fares Al-Ghariti, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghazwan Abdul-Hussein, Head of the Nursing Branch, and Lecturer Dr. Haqi Ismail Mansour, Rapporteur of the Branch, in cooperation with the Maternal and Newborn Nursing Branch represented by the teacher, Dr. Sajida Saadoun Aliwi, where a group of scientific activities and health services were carried out Which targeted the people of our dear country in the holy governorate of Karbala / Al-Husseiniyah district / Mustafa Khan area. The organizers of the initiative emphasized that it is one of the goals of community health nursing to apply the health goals of the individual, family, and society, represented by good education, good health, and well-being, as well as clean water and hygiene. These activities aimed at increasing health awareness among community members in healthy nutrition and physical hygiene, encouraging the region’s people and urging them to educate their children, and emphasizing the need to visit primary health care centers for early detection of communicable and non-communicable diseases. During the campaign, health services were also provided, and folders with explanatory information were distributed to increase the society’s awareness and culture in achieving the highest level of health status.
